I Decided to Try One More Time...And Lost 25 Pounds in 3 Months

For the past 20 years, I have always been on some kind of diet with only small successes, and then I would gain all of the weight right back, just like so many others.

About a year ago, two peers at my work told me how they had been maintaining their weight through DietBet. They said it was truly inspirational, and motivating, and I should give it a try. Each bet I was on, I would cheer on the people in my group, and offer advice for what was working for me, and post my accomplishments for the day. These groups were unlike any other I had been in, and with their support, my new found motivation, and healthy eating habits, I lost 25 pounds in 3 short months!
