Had ribs today. Just normal amount. Weigh in went fine. Still below to win first round. Tomorrow eat normal. Then back to daniel fast on Monday for 5 days. I believe I can get the next round goals by Sunday.

So I bit the bullet and joined a gym - I realized I just need the guidance and accountability factor because I'm not getting it done at home. I refuse to let all of my fitness progress over the last year reverse just because I couldn't kick myself in the rear and stick to a routine! So off to gym classes. Perhaps I'll make a few friends :)
