Had a great weekend thanks to writing down my struggles and making a plan. Thanks, Syd! Ate great and under calorie allotment, went to the gym, killed my step goal, and haven't even turned on Netflix. Although I did catch up on some 20/20. Y'all have a great week!

Eatting on target -
Drinking enough water (this really is everyday)

Plan meals for the weekend before it gets here and have substitutes for the things that really sideline me

Since I am retired, Saturday and Sunday are normal days. I struggle daily to resist the afternoon poor choices! I am trying to eat a protein snack but sometimes the salty, crunchy craving takes me!
I am going to go for a walk which will get me away from temptation plus get the added bonus of an activity!
