  • In this game, commit to working out consistently for 2 weeks. You'll get extra motivation and guidance from Jane of @fitbitforweightloss.
  • To win, work out 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. The workouts should be dedicated exercise—no walking, mowing the lawn, etc.
  • Accepted workout examples could include:
  • Cardio - running, elliptical, swimming, etc.
  • Classes - Zumba, yoga, spinning
  • Workout programs - p90x, BBG, Alexia Clark
  • Workout videos - BodyFitByAmy, Fitness Blender
  • Weight lifting/strength training
  • Or your favorite workout that gets your heart pumping!
  • To verify, submit a post-workout selfie after each workout using the WayBetter app, once a day, 4 times a week, for 2 weeks.
  • Share your submissions with your fellow players or opt to keep them 100% private.
  • Everyone who submits their 8 workout selfies (4 days each week) will win and split the pot!
