My last Runbet was the 5mile challenge. As a non runner I slowly built up from the starter 5k to the 5 miler and made the 5m in 47 mins. Then I got pretty sick for 6 weeks and I've not run since. Hopefully now I'm mostly better I can ease in to running and build up the stamina again. This game looked perfect. I really want to make a 10k again one day. I guess not in 2018 though :( good luck everyone!
