I'm finished, but this was a rough runbet to complete. I've gotten slower and I can't seem to go as far, although I still work out regularly with rest. Anyone experience this?

Do you guys ever use Charity Miles on your runs? It's app that donates money to a charity of your choice when you run, walk, or bike. They're giving away some Garmin watches, Brooks shoes, and some Aftershox headphones if you enter: https://sociali.io/ref/gj19244630

My legs were dying from goblet squats and lunges yesterday, so I went out with the intention of fast walking my two miles..... but then my girls wanted to bike alongside. So instead, I ran the whole thing and did an extra mile when they didn't want to be done. Best pacers ever. Stopped to take a picture of more Christmas yard art on the way
