I was worried about my run this morning. I did my second run and it was 32 min long and when I click on finish, Strava only marked me for 29.20 minutes. It probably didn’t count the time I waited for the green light.

This is too hard for me to run again. So happy RunBet marked it correctly. I’m too fat for me to do an extra run. My legs are sore

I had a malfunction downloading my Garmin on Monday so it looks like I get to run 5 days this week. Oh well I guess I’ll get more fit. Today’s run went around the golf course and small lakes adjacent to the Shingle Creek Inn in Florida. I’m at a conference on Marathon Safety and Security. You have to keep mind and body in shape

Happy Tuesday! Got in another 39 minutes and I'm feeling great! I've resigned myself to running whenever I get the chance vs. sitting around when my kids are at practice! Being productive! It's been a long, hard journey to get here but I've worked really hard and this challenge is helping me along the way! I was able to talk my friend, Lisa into joining me today too!
