Been very inconsistent but was determined to run tonight - late night as nearly always. But....the elevator in my building went about two feet before stalling. Waiting 30m for help (rescue?). By that time it will be after midnight. Sigh...

Whew, that was close, was thinking bout my son's 18th bday today. And got off the treadmill. Hit me 4 min later "crap RUNBET" ran back down and took my pics of my 25 min run. I would not have been happy. Lol

I had no motivation tonight but I managed to get out and get in the bare minimum. 1.31 miles in 15:02. Not pretty or fast but I'm proud of myself for getting out there

7 days in a row. Feeling good. I admit I'm used to being in the top 3 for runbet but I'm forcing myself to take it easy, can't join more games if I'm injured and can't run. Maybe I'll catch up more if I keep slowly upping my runs!!!

3 days in a row. my legs are reminding me I haven't done this in awhile. Lol!!. Just tell myself it's only 15 min!! And I get it done, then 15 isn't good enough for me so I go 20.

Haven't run since my Marathon end of October, hope this is a great full way to get me back in to it without causing my tight legs to get worse, maybe it will force me to take care of myself and do some stretching!!
