Illness has kicked my butt this week, but I finally made it back to the gym today. I was a lot slower than I was a week ago, but it was still fast enough to count for RunBet!

It's so hard to run when your partner is not supportive and makes you feel guilty about leaving her with the kids for thirty minutes.

Did my first run and I was so bummed at first because the last thing I wanted to do after a full day of work and a 1.5 hour commute home is get on a treadmill. So glad I joined this runbet because there's no way I would've exercised today and I desperately need it. I've gained 28lbs over the last 2 years, was put on blood pressure medication and have had some pretty bad anxiety. I feel so much better now that I have a couple miles under my belt. Can't wait to log my next run!

Wisconsin winter is finally starting to get chilly. Not losing some money has worked so far, but the post run beers with my running partner is a pretty good motivator. Good luck everyone!

Heads up to people with iFit treadmills: ALWAYS take a picture before you save your workout!! I've had so many "oops, failed to save your workout" errors happen 😣

I did a RunBet four months after having our baby, it kicked my ass and increased my stamina, I lost all my baby weight. Then I thought I could motivate myself on my own...gained half of it back, haha. Turn out the idea of losing my money is the best motivation for me, haha. So doing another one of these and feeling good! :) We are all awesome for working at this goal!!

It may be a silly question but do all runs have to be treadmill?
