I never realized how much of an effect taking antibiotics has on running performance. I’ve not been a very conditioned runner in the past, but for the last several months, I’ve been doing really well, with the usual ups and downs. I started taking some antibiotics for a sinus infection last week, and just did some walking until I felt good enough to run. It’s been absolutely horrible. Was hoping to finish out this final week strong, but it looks like just finishing will be an achievement.

Runners, just want to make sure you are aware of this awesome app called Charity Miles. By opening it before each of your runs, walks, or bike rides, you can earn money for the charity of your choice. charitymiles.org

Had my first real wipeout while running downhill and hit some broken sidewalk. Still have to go out tomorrow but I might stick with the treadmill since I’m pretty beat up! All I have to say is I’m glad I was wearing my Old Navy running capris because my legs would have been tore up if I hadn’t! Instead they’re bruised with some minors cuts from the bigger rocks 😂 My shoulder and hands weren’t so lucky 😳

I wish we could choose which runs counted. A 22 mile trail run today would have gotten me little bit closer to Laura 😂 You are on 🔥!

When your work life is interrupting your running life you walk all around your hospital to get your last run in 😂 Operating Rooms never close! #scrublife 🤣

Hi! I honestly walk most days since the pace is slow enough to. This bet helps me just get out of the apartment and enjoying fresh air and sunshine as I’m studying a lot. I’m using it for my mental and emotional health! :). So glad I can just walk and enjoy while still being healthy and have accountability.

Went for my first outside run of the season with my 8yo daughter today! The past year has made for dramatic improvement in her attitude and endurance! I look forward to seeing her progress through the season! Meanwhile. My boyfriend rode his bike with the 3yo in her buggy eating Doritos while watching us run 😂
