Is this group required to complete at least an 18 min/mile? I took the dogs with me for my half mile, today, and it’s not registering as a completed run. Worried the poop-stops slowed me down too much. It was still fun 🐾❤️🐾

Okay, I signed up late - 4 runs, 4 days; time to get my butt in gear!

Any advice for submitting multiple pictures as my treadmill does not show total time and distance on the same screen?

Out of curiosity- since only 4 runs are required per week for this RunBet, what do you do on the other days? (Run/rest/strength training/etc)

Went out for a walk today with no intentions of running 3 and then got unexpectedly rained on. Switched my watch over to track my run and ran the mile home. I’ve been running 3-4 miles/run at 10:15-10:45/mile and throwing in some interval runs here and there. Managed the mile today in 9:15. I think it might be my best mile time ever.

1 mile for every year my father in law was with us. Every year on the day of the Boston Marathon I run for my father in law. One of his dreams was to race in the Boston Marathon. He qualified, trained and was ready to race but unfortunately died 3 weeks before the marathon. You can read more about his story on FB (Kirk Steen, Boston). Happy running everyone!
