Thankful for the accountability Runbet provides. I have not felt like running much since my half marathon due to hip bursitis and my little nephew had a major surgery 6 days ago that has had some recovery complications. My full marathon training starts in a couple weeks, so gotta stay consistent.

I didn’t realize that there were four runs this week until I pulled the game board up today! 😭 I thought I was getting my last run in today, but I still have another to go! I’m guessing I’m just screwed? 😳😔😣

Yesterday's run was hard - I was tired and my calves hurt. The wonderful evening light was a good compensation :-)

Anyone know how changes in time zone work? I’m off to Japan from the UK tomorrow (+9 hours!) and still need to fit in a run a day!

Winter came back to Austria on Sunday - I was on a forest therapy training in a mountainous area 🗻 on the weekend and planned to run there but there were no flat paths at all. I am not fit enough to run uphill yet, and my knees don't want me to run downhill ;-) So I have to run three runs in a row 😴 I hope I will manage the third run today.💪🏼
