Tonight's lesson: don't leave your runs until the last minute! I'm 6 miles in on my 8-mile treadmill run with 30 minutes left in the day to get 2 miles completed. Totally doable at this point. Then the lights go out. Treadmill resets. There goes my proof. And there is no way I can get 8 miles done in 30 minutes. Don't leave your runs until the last minute! Enjoy my 💲💲, folks!

Hello! This is my first half-marathon runbet. I’m a little nervous - but I’m excited for the challenge. Is this anyone else’s first?

Looking forward to another great marathon trainer! I'm training for two halves this summer (so far): the Texas Badass over Memorial Day Weekend and the Anchorage Mayor's Run celebrating the summer solstice in Alaska. Anyone out there signed up for some fun races?
