I think the payout is bs. How are 170 people only going to get $2.40/ea? Unless some get paid out more than others which wouldn't be right. 42 x 40 = $1,680 If runner retains 15% that would only be $252 That would leave $1,428 $1,428 distributed to the 170 that finished would be ($1,428 /170= $8.40) and that should be on top of our $40 back. Can anyone tell me if I'm doing the math wrong?

Couple of accomplishments. I completed my first runbet today. ☺️ I also ran my fastest mile this week st 9:48 seconds. 3 whole seconds faster than my most recent best. Pretty pumped about that! Now to enjoy vacation in Mexico!

This was my slowest run ever according to runkeeer. I left it to the last day and had to make it up while on a backpacking trip. I’ll call that a pr. Great bet everyone!

Personal goal was to run in the mornings as I hate running in the morning! I’m just not a morning person but I did it twice in a row for my last two runs! 🙂

finished...last day last run and finished with a few personal bests and major accomplishments; congrats to everyone who successfully completed the bet, it def takes a lot of discipline: -fastest 5k - nearly 50 miles ran, (most ever accomplished in a 4 week span, maybe even 6 months) - tacked on an additional 2 minutes to my last run (32, most this bet) -0 pounds lost (setiously?!) hovered at 185-187 the entire 4 weeks except one day i dropped to 181 after losing a bunch of water weight

Done. Compleated my goal of running to the cottage. Unfortunately the humidity was so bad it killed my time so it did not count for the bet. I’m still happy I did it. 1 more run for the bet.
