Barely made that first 20min run...i was sucking air and battling my mental strength!!! I ran in storms, late at night, early in the am, on my lunch break... I GOT IT IN! Halfway through week 6! Between this RunBet and our new puppy, I’ve stuck with my run to 5K program and am on my last week. Ended up doing a 5K today (with quite a few walk breaks) due to work phone calls interrupting my programmed run.
