Enjoying this challenge and I have been working on speed intervals on treadmill and indoor track. This Oma of 6 grandchildren is going to be ready to run the Turkey trot on thanksgiving morning with 4 of her grandchildren and may even give a few a run for their money! Lol 😂 probably not! But I can dream 😂😂😂
