Did a 5K trail race with my son this morning that I was planning to count as my 3rd run this week. Buuuut...it was in a remote location and Runkeeper wouldn't connect! So I had to do a second run today. 😪 Serves me right I guess for waiting until the last minute. Still have one more run to go tomorrow!

Horrible run this morning at the campground gym! I should have just run outside! Don’t know what I was thinking! Gym in right next to the heated indoor pool. Like running in a chlorinated sauna! 😰
