Stacking runs: I didn’t know this so forgive me if you already do! Lol. If you have an Apple Watch and turn on your strava you can stack runs: 10/20/10 etc if you don’t want to do one of the 30min + runs on Peloton. So happy because today was my 100 💯 and there was only a 20 min live class!!

I learned something this week. Long distance running can raise liver enzymes, which is a red flag in a blood test. It’s not a problem, but they want to be sure it’s from exercise and not a liver issue. They’ll repeat the test Wednesday, so I won’t run before Wednesday evening. (I’ve run 32 miles since Monday.)

Who is everyone’s go to peloton run instructors?! I love Robin! Although I don’t love her language all the time, her motivation is exactly what I need to keep going!
