Yay! Totally wish I left Sunday for a rest day though!

Oh darn! I need to bow out of this bet. I am experiencing excruciating pain from my sciatica nerve. I am seeing a physical therapist, and I told him that I was still running. He suggests that I give my leg a rest and stop running for awhile. It wasn't bothering me while I ran until I ran a 10 miler last Sunday and now my left leg gets numb from just standing for too long. It sucks! Have fun you guys and stay healthy!

I just checked the game board, and it says 0 on pace. Clearly that’s not accurate since at least 20 of us have completed this weeks runs so far. Does anyone know how runbet calculates this?

I’m having a hard time with this game. I injured my foot and runs are pretty challenging. Keep...on...going...

This was cool, windy, drizzly run. I knocked out the first #5miles solo because I didn't think it appropriate to expose #NyxTheDog to the elements. When that first 5 miles was complete, the weather cleared up, so I brought the dog for the #FinalMile. #BigHairyLamb #48andFeelingGreat #HalfPoodleHalfCairnTerrier #10k #WetRun

Didn’t want to get behind with my runs since thanksgiving is tomorrow, so I did one tonight even though it was raining 🌧

Knocked out #4miles with #NyxTheDog. We actually were able to visit the dog park today. I let her off the leash and continued my jog around the perimeter...she continued to run with me off the leash. One lesson learned, not everyone cleans up after their dogs in these dog parks. I took it for granted that everyone would be responsible because they supply the poopy bags there! Nope! Next time I know to watch my step much closer. 😞 #BigHairyLamb #48andFeelingGreat #GoodEnergy #HalfPoodleHalfCairnTerrier #osf #RunKeeper #RunBet #Fitbit #WearableNutrition #RetiredUSN #CultureOfFitness #premiumnutrition #ActiveLifestyle #canthurtme
