We’re wrapping up week 1 and heading into week 2 and wanted to offer up an optional challenge for anyone who is interested: * 4 runs (15 minute pace instead of the required 16 minute pace / or faster) * 50 squats before and after run Please post photos throughout of your runs (selfies, sceneries, etc) and save the map photos/treadmill readings of your pace for a qualifiers post next Sunday!
