Never ran so much in my 30 years. In 2009 I had a bad car wreck and severely fractured all 5 metatarsals (long bones) of my right foot. Couldnt walk for 6 months, lots of physical therapy, and my orthopedic surgeon told me I'd never run again (I wasnt a runner to begin with, but I was active). This has been a CHALLENGE. But I DID IT. And lost 15lb in the process 💪🏻1st pace was around 13min/mi and my 24th today was 9:05/mi! Way to go, everyone!

Somehow I lost my Garmin on my way to work this morning 😫. Is there any other way to sync to the app (I have a Fitbit)? Or do I just need to take pictures on a treadmill for the next 3 days? Thank you!

Two runs yesterday because storm Dennis swept in and made it hell to do my first one under the 18min pace. Second one was not easy but managed it. Done an indoor run today for the first time. Was a lot easier than being in the elements!!

Yesterday we had a dragon boat Festival it was windy ,cold and i was wet also but i did my run after they canceled the rest of the races due to bad weather:)
