1 mile to go on the treadmill, and I really had to pee (I had a lot of water this evening). I made it to almost .25 remaining (really struggling to hold it in at this point), and then I bumped the safety cord and cleared all my progress 😖😫😰!! At least I could go pee.... I did the penguin walk all the way to the bathroom... barely made it. And then I talked myself I to running 2 more miles. Turns out I run a little better after a 1.75 warm up 🤷‍♀️. And I finished about 10 minutes before midnight. One more run to go!!!

Well ima not a cardio queen. I’d rather lift any day. So that was hard but I’m glad it’s over! This is me clapping for those of you finishing up and cheering for those of you with a few runs left!
