Tapping out. The shin splints have become debilitating to the point I'm teaching from a chair in my classroom. Thank God my kids are wonderful and help me out. Good luck y'all. This challenge was not for beginners...

I opened strava through the runbet app and did my two mile run yesterday, but it still hasn't updated here. Anyone know what I need to do to get my run to "upload" here? Or do I need to redo it?

Help! Shin splints are killing me! The distances are getting longer and I don't feel like I'm improving. I do a quick cold water bath from the knees down after every run, I'm stretching, and I have good shoes. Why do I have shin splints and how do I fix them? Obviously can't take time off for this challenge :'(

That was tough. Runkeeper crashed with 2.94 tracked this morning, and I was busy all day, so I had to run another 3 miles tonight. Made it though!

Darn it, Runkeeper crashed with less than half a mile to go. I'm hoping support will let me do the last bit right after instead of starting from scratch... Going again now.

I recently started running again after over a decade off and I'm really enjoying it. This app has helped me force myself to keep going with a routine I'm grateful for it. After starting out with a 13 minute mile pacing, I did a personal best today with a 6:59 mile during my 2 mile run!

Question-do we have to do the runs for the week in order? I was doing really well today but it was only my mile run. I still have to do my 3 mile for the week and I wish I could have knocked it out today.

Did my run with baby Gus! Last week we had a bad winter storm so I had to use treadmill. I’ll take being outside for sure! How about you all? Do you prefer inside or outside runs? Or do you like (or dislike 🙃) both?

Early morning run achieved! Still recovering from the nasty sinus infection, but I am not going to let anything hold me back! I hope you guys are all doing well!
