Very slow today. My injury on sunday had me miss my normal running days so now I'm pushing on my rest day. Ugh. That sucked. More walking than running but still under pace so all good.

Yesterday I ate it doing parkour. An x stitch on my shin later I'm letting it rest today. I'll try to run tomorrow and see how it goes.

I had an issue with first day I posted photos but was verified. Then second day I uploaded and today I still hadn’t got an email from them. Look on app and yesterday shows rest day?! What is going on. Never have I had a problem with DietBet. This is so annoying.
