I went down with the flu right after our challenge began, and used up all my free days. I’m experiencing (self-diagnosed) shin splints. Since I can’ take any days off without losing, I am trying ti manage pain each day What do you all do for shin pain? My hubby suggested I just keep running through it. I guess that was the army’s prescription. Ha! Thanks.
