Recently came down with a viral infection that impacted my lungs and I've been resting since last Saturday. I just got test results back and it's not COVID-19, thank goodness!! Still not sure if I should be running yet, but I dont want to lose the bet :/ I'm feeling a bit better, but still have some pain in my chest. Has anyone ever gotten sick during a RunBet before? If so, how did you handle it?

Hi everyone! My first runbet and ive got a couple of questions :-) Do we have to do the runs in order each week? Ie this week could i do a 25 min run first and then a 15min run later in the week? Or would the first run count as a 15min one even if i did 25mins and then i would still have to do another 25min one later in the week? Also any tips for running on a treadmill? Ive bought one because we are in lockdown in the UK and i have to use my 1 daily exercise time to walk the dogs (who definitely arent up for a run 🙈). Really struggling because its tiny so my stride has automatically gone really small and therefore my pace has slowed right down :-( how can i improve my stride length?!
