Y'all! It's pouring down rain. I have to run. Ideas? Gyms are on lock down.

Today I did 2 separate runs a 15 minute warm up and a 25 minute workout run. But runbet doesn’t combine multiple runs, so I went on a 30 minute walk (so that today wouldn’t count as a rest day) with my mom and sister after dinner. It was nice to go outside with them with all this craziness going on!

16 mph winds diagonal to the 4 mile square I ran = 2 painful miles and 2 effortless miles. Glad I finished with the latter!

Went on a 60 min run today and listened to a podcast today. It mainly talked about keeping small business afloat (I don’t own a small business) but it was very informative of the economy and it eased a lot of my nerves. I highly recommend this podcast by She Podcast! 😊

Shook it up this evening with 8 miles on my bike. Gravel backroads and a couple miles of "unimproved" road for a challenge. Fun change! Back to running tomorrow.
