I have my last 3.1 run to do today or tomorrow and I totally injured my foot on my last run on Thursday. It almost seems like a stress fracture. I don't plan to see a doctor quite yet so I won't be able to prove injury, so looks like I'm running on it. Putting it off until tomorrow most likely just to see if another day makes a difference, but it's not good. 😭 Sad that I'll have to wait to start another Bet, too.
Did a back to back run (2 miles just before and after midnight) due to schedule, at least it was the coolest time of the day!

I finally did it. I ran a mile under 7 minutes, getting 6:56. Go out and achieve your running goals! Whatever they may be.
Has this happened to anyone else? On my watch it said my average pace was 14:22 but once I looked on my phone it said elapsed pace was 15:11! So my run didn’t count yesterday ☹️
Pushed my 5year old and 1 year old in gravel and thank God what goes up must come down. But running down a huge long gravel hill was not easy and my ingrowns are killing me😫

I ran my fastest mile ever today!! 7:11. I think I need to work on my pacing, because my 400 splits were 1:36,1:50,1:54,1:48. Any tips to get down and break that 7 min barrier?
I am a new momma and sometimes I run by myself but most of the time I’m running with a 4 month old baby in a jogging stroller. I’m having a hard time keeping the min. 15/mile pace when I run with the stroller. Would love any and all encouragement or advise!
