For those that run/walk, do you do it on a define schedule or as needed? Didn’t make it through the 1.5 today, had to walk twice in the crazy humidity. Definitely want to work up to 5K all run though!

Ugh so mad at myself. I could have sworn that I submitted my run from last Sunday and haven’t been in the app again until today. Turns out I forgot to submit and have been disqualified. Guess I’ll have to start adding some calendar reminders for future runners so I don’t forget again!

Those of you who are running many miles each run, how are you doing it?? I’m totally gassed by the time I hit each distance goal!

Why does Runkeeper keep showing crazy Average Pace? Here is Strava, Fitbit, and Runkeeper. Same exact run! Used a GPS. The Runkeeper is linked to my RunBet. This won’t count because it’s over the 18min pace....when clearly it isn’t! How do I fix?? Second time this game. Since I’m walking/running through an injury doing extra miles is not really an option. Thanks!!
