Week 4 Challenge: •24 push ups before your run (can modify as much as needed!) •5 runs this week (no pace requirement other than the 16 min. game rules, but if you can go faster, do it!!) •Starting from your first run this week, each run should be 1/4 mile further than your previous run! •End your run with 25 lunges! Final week challenge day 1! I intended it only to be a short family walk, but afterwards ended up running barefoot in cut off jeans to hit the pace! Push ups, lunges, and some of my walking/running buddies 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🐶
