There are worse places to finish up a RunBet than a posting to Waikiki.

First time it was nice enough to run outside. I used the Runkeeper app. Does it take awhile to sync?

Is anyone joining another game when this one is over? If so, which one? I wish there was another 10k trainer that would line up with the end of this game.

That last week was rough. I got a case of the man flu (essentially a stuffy nose) and saved my last 3 runs for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Actually felt pretty great and kept to my goal of trying to keep all my runs under 8m/mile. Have a great last week everyone!

Today was crappy In Atlanta, raIn and 40 degree temps. I pushed off my 7 mIle run until the last day. I certaInly dId not want to run in that weather, but one of my favorite quotes came to mind, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, just soft people.” Bill Bowerman.... I got ‘er done!
