That last week was rough. I got a case of the man flu (essentially a stuffy nose) and saved my last 3 runs for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Actually felt pretty great and kept to my goal of trying to keep all my runs under 8m/mile. Have a great last week everyone!

Today was crappy In Atlanta, raIn and 40 degree temps. I pushed off my 7 mIle run until the last day. I certaInly dId not want to run in that weather, but one of my favorite quotes came to mind, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, just soft people.” Bill Bowerman.... I got ‘er done!

Hi folks! Totally bummed ☹️ I can’t seem to string together a RunBet. My first 10K StepBet = a family medical emergency (flew feom NOLA to Charleston, stayed at MUSC for 8 days) and yesterday, I now am the proud owner of a high, right ankle sprain during the first .4 miles. 🥺. I’m out of commission Indefinitely. So mu gift is a little more money to spur you to the finish! Wish I could still be a part but as Arnold says “I’ll be baaaaacccckkkk!”😉
