If I had wheels for feet I’d -still- be well behind Mr. Dan. That dude can really plow some mean miles: excellent work!

Anyone know why it’s posting 12 eligible, but 13 on pace?

Well that’s rad! Somehow I just knocked off 1:30 from my 10K PR. Loving hitting a PR randomly during marathon training. 💙💚❤️💜

Day 3 of fever and flu but I got it done. If my neighbors looked outside tonight they probably thought I was a zombie stumbling down the street at 10:30.

Just an absolutely lovely winter evening in South East PA. Could not ask for much more. Apparently, the tiny little light to the right of the moon is Saturn.

I've always hated treadmills. I hate it extra when I manage to reset it to 0 at 1.5 miles and have to do 4.5 instead of my planned 3 with the lovely germs my 3 year old shared with me!

What a bleh January day in PA. Thinking ahead to lovely Spring events. Anyone have any fun races upcoming? I’ll be running the Traverse City (Michigan) Marathon in late May. Adding a cute Elmer Kitten picture. Why not!?
